General Conditions for Wedding Lists
To the wedding couple: Pollux congratulates the bride and groom and thanks them for consulting us for the placement of their Wedding List.
Flexibility
We have flexibility in the time frame for booking Pollux products and withdrawing the respective bonus.
Discounts
On future purchases and in the 3 years following the wedding, the members of the couple enjoy a 10% discount.
• We offer a 10% bonus of the total value of the items in your Wedding List. This bonus will be given in products to choose from throughout the store.
• The items registered on the list will be reserved until 30 days after the wedding date, which is also the maximum limit for collecting the respective bonus and closing the list.
• The items on the list can be picked up at Pollux by the guests (at the time of purchase), by the bride and groom, or delivered to an address indicated by them, provided it is located in the area covered by the Pollux delivery service.
• For future purchases, the couple will receive a 10% discount, provided that the total value of the items on the list exceeds 1,000 euros, and upon presentation of a card that will be delivered by Pollux. This condition excludes appliances, items on promotion or with net price. The Pollux Card that is given to the wedding couple is personal and non-transferable. At the time of payment, upon presentation of the card, the cardholder's identification may be requested.
• Pollux accepts the reservation of products for the Wedding List up to 2 months prior to the date of the ceremony.
• The Wedding List must be ordered during the Store's normal business hours: from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., so that it may be ordered no later than 7:00 p.m. closing time.
• Items which are divided into installments and which in the end have been offered for more than a third of the total value must be purchased by the wedding couple. The same goes for items that are purposely ordered for the List.
• Pollux is neither liable nor responsible for the delivery time of items ordered specifically for the List. However, we will do everything to ensure that they are delivered by their manufacturers and suppliers as soon as possible.
Access a Pollux Wedding List
In the Online Wedding List, the wedding couple can comfortably check all the information about their wedding list: which products have already been purchased, which ones have been reserved, and even the messages left by their guests. The access code to the wedding list is the code provided by Pollux when you open the wedding list.
To enter a wedding list, the guests must enter the code provided by the bride and groom. Here they will be able to see the products that are still available to offer and not the entire wedding list. If you forget the code, for security reasons, ask the wedding couple for it.
