How to buy
You just have to select the item, add it to the basket through the "add to basket" button and confirm your order, choosing the payment method you prefer, to know in more detail this whole process read below.
1.How to find an article
a) Navigation Menu:
To find an article you can use the navigation menus of the different areas available.
Through them you can access the different product classifications and groupings.
b) Search:
It is also possible to find specific products through the "search" field which will show available items by the search term entered.
c) Product sheet:
Once you have found the article you can see more information by clicking on its name or on its image. In this way you can access the product page that provides detailed characteristics, current promotions, other related products, accessories, etc.
2.How to place an order
a) How to register?
To register you will have to fill in the registration form available in "register". Follow the steps indicated.
b) Add an item to the basket
Once you have found the product you want, just put the quantity you want and click on the "Add" button.
c) Shopping basket
- In the top right corner you can view the items you have added by clicking on the basket.
- You will then see the products and quantities you have selected, as well as the total to pay.
- At this point you can continue shopping by searching for a product in the "search" field or if you wish to finalise your order click on the "Buy" button.
d) Delivery Selection
You can make your purchase with two delivery options:
- Home delivery - at the billing address or at another address to be indicated.
- Collection in a Pollux physical shop
e) Processing your order
To process any order online you must register on our website. When you register your data is stored in our database. Therefore, for future visits and orders you only need to "login".
f) Delivery Address
As a rule, the delivery address will be the address entered on the registration form. However, if you would like your order to be delivered to another location, please explain this when you checkout under "my addresses - add new".
g) Billing Address
You can indicate a different billing address from the delivery address, and you can also add a VAT number, which you just need to indicate on the form.
3.How to pay?

d) Order Finished Correctly:
At the end of your purchase a unique identification code is generated for your order, which you should retain because any information about it will be necessary.
An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with the same confirmation.
4.How can I find out the status of an order that has already been placed?
Contact our customer service hotline apoiocliente@pollux.ptby giving us your order number (unique identification code).
You can also track the status of your order by going to "My Account" (top right corner) and entering "Order History".
To access the items on the Wedding Lists, you will need to have the code to enter them, which will be provided to you by the bride and groom. Once you have entered the Wedding List, the products chosen by the engaged couple are displayed and are still available for purchase. You can access a Wedding List via the main menu at “Wedding Lists”, or under the banner "Wedding Lists" .
To access the Wedding List, you will need to have the access code provided by the bride and groom, and by entering it, you will be able to view the products chosen by the bride and groom.
2.How to make the purchase?
a) Register
To buy any product from the Wedding List online you must be registered on the website. To register you just have to click on “register” and follow the steps indicated. If you are already registered, you only have to "log in" with your registration data.
b) Add Products to Cart
When you have chosen the product(s) you wish to offer and after having selected the same(s), press the "Offer to Bride and Groom" button. This way, the article(s) selected by you are added to your basket.
c) Checkout
To finalise your purchase you have to click on the basket . On the website a page will open where you can see the selected product(s), add a dedication to the bride and groom and checkout.
d) Delivery Selection
The delivery selection will be defined by the bride and groom. In case the bride and groom leave it to the guests' discretion how to deliver the products, the guests may choose:
- Receive the products at the address indicated.
- Request Pollux to deliver to the bride and groom on their visits to the physical shop where they have made their List
The delivery address may be different from the registration address, so simply indicate it in this field.
You can request an invoice with a tax number, and in this case, you can also request a different billing address from the delivery address.
