General Terms & Conditions
• The use of the Pollux Gift Card requires that you are aware of and accept its general terms and conditions. The card is property of Pollux and must be surrendered when no balance is available.
• This card is valid for 1 year after a minimum load of 15 euros. Subsequent top-ups are valid for the same minimum amount.
• The Pollux Gift Card must be presented at the time of payment where the amount of purchases will automatically be deducted from your balance, which can never be transferred or converted into cash.
• The use and loss of the Pollux Gift Card is the sole responsibility of the cardholder.
• Use of the Pollux Gift Card is not cumulative with the Pollux Client Card.
• Pollux reserves the right to cancel cards where fraud, misuse or abuse is detected.
