• By using the Pollux client card, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

• Pollux may, at its discretion, request identification from the cardholder at the time of purchase or use.

• The card is the property of Pollux S.A., known as Pollux, and must be returned upon request.

• The card gives the cardholder all the benefits and privileges of a Pollux client under the terms and conditions defined by Pollux.

• The name entered on the registration form will be the name that will appear on all billing documents.

• The Pollux card has no expiration date; however, Pollux may cancel the card at any time by informing the cardholder in writing.

• Pollux reserves the right to choose the promotions and loyalty campaigns associated with the card and to establish the rules of operation.

• Pollux reserves the right to cancel, change or replace the promotion program, with advance notice to its clients.

• Any possible Card balance will never be redeemable for cash. Points and vouchers associated with the Pollux Card may not be transferred, sold or traded.

• All vouchers issued by Pollux must be redeemed for a single purchase in full.

• The vouchers and points awarded are personal and non-transferable.

• In the event of a return or exchange of purchases (purchased items) that have resulted in a discount, Pollux will refund the discounted amount to the balance of the Card.

• The Customer Card benefit is valid only upon presentation at the time of purchase.

• The cardholder is responsible for the use and loss of the card, Pollux cannot be held liable in case of loss or theft of the card. The cardholder is obligated to notify Pollux of any loss or malfunction of the card.

• Pollux reserves the right to cancel cards where fraud, misuse or commercial use is detected.

• Pollux may send you information regarding and associated with the Card such as offers, campaigns, and other information related to the Card or that Pollux considers of interest.

• Pollux assures total confidentiality of each client's personal data. All personal data will be processed by computer for the sole purpose of managing Pollux Client Card promotions.

• The Pollux Customer Card is not valid in our online store.

• The Pollux Customer Card can be used in any of our physical stores, as well as with any partners.

• All points awarded on the card will be valid for one year.
