Pollux was distinguished, for the 4th consecutive year, with the Prémio Cinco Estrelas Regiões in the category of Stores and Housewares, in the districts of Aveiro, Lisbon, Porto and Setúbal.
It is a distinction that integrates a restricted group of brands sealed by the "Premio Cinco Estrelas Regionais", which highlights products, services and brands for their excellence and high level of satisfaction among Portuguese consumers.
The certification "Prémio Cinco Estrelas Regiões" evaluates the satisfaction level of the Portuguese consumer and the best that exists in each of the 20 districts, including autonomous regions, in terms of natural resources, gastronomy, art and culture, heritage and other regional icons of national reference. The goal is to give visibility to the brands that, by their typology, are characterized by offering a service of great proximity, valued by all.
The "Prémio Cinco Estrelas Regiões" gives voice to the people to identify the best that exists in Portugal. Through a national survey, with direct nominations by the population, the most relevant national icons are identified for the Portuguese, in terms of cultural elements, natural resources, monuments and heritage, villages, towns and cities, gastronomy and typical natural products of our country. On the other hand, companies can apply their brands, products and services, submitting them to an evaluation through a complete and rigorous methodology.
