Warranty

 

The warranty is provided under the terms and conditions established by the manufacturer of the equipment in question. To enjoy the warranty of the products purchased, you should keep the invoice delivered upon receipt of your order or purchase of the product in the physical store.

 

The warranty certificate guarantees the quality of the product that accompanies it under the terms legally established for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase in the case of individuals and 6 months in the case of companies.

 

Defects caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling, non-compatible voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized technical service when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear from normal use are not included.

 

If the product defect appears in the third year of warranty, the consumer must prove that it already existed at the date of purchase. In the case of goods with digital elements, the presumption of lack of conformity is two years.

 

In the case of problems that justify the use of the warranty, the consumer will opt for repair, replacement of the item, or return under the terms legally established.

 

Whenever a product is repaired, the warranty period is extended for an additional 6 months, up to a maximum of 4 repairs.

 

The warranty will lose its value:

  • If you modify, change or replace some of the data of the warranty or the proof of purchase;
  • If you manipulate or repair both the identification number and the device itself under warranty without the knowledge of the technical service;
  • If you do not have the stamp or proof of purchase from the sales outlet.

 

After the warranty period, as well as in those situations in which the warranty is excluded due to a cause for exclusion from the warranty, the costs of any technical repairs are at the customer's expense.

 

To make use of your warranty, it is essential to present the proof of purchase and, if applicable, the warranty certificate.
