SIBS has developed a system to securely register payments over the Internet. The secure e-commerce system is based on the card issuer's (bank) obligation to identify the cardholder before authorizing payment over the Internet.

Your card data and password are protected by this security system from the moment you enter them.

The order process continues only when Pollux has received confirmation that payment has been made.

In case of problems when paying for your order, please note the error code that appears along with its description and contact us, so we can help you locate the cause.

 

c) Delivery and Invoicing Address

As a rule, the delivery address will be the address entered on the registration form. However, if you wish to have your order delivered elsewhere, please explain this when finalizing the purchase.

If this is your first purchase, the address fields are blank, and you will need to fill them in with the address you want.

You can indicate a billing address different from the delivery address, and you can also add a tax number, which you just need to indicate on the form.

d) Invoice Request

In the field Observations/Comments request an invoice indicating all the necessary data. If you want NIF you must fill this field.
