g) Security & Guarantee System
The Internet is a means of communication that makes it possible to conduct commercial transactions at a distance. By e-commerce transaction we mean the entire process of making a commercial agreement including the contract between both parties: customer and company. Every commercial transaction must have the following aspects:
- Authentication, which guarantees the collective or individual legal personality of both parties.
- Integrity, which means that the content of the communications between both parties cannot be altered.
- Confidentiality, which is the guarantee that no unauthorized person can become aware of the content of the communications.
The processes involved in the purchase, through our website, which imply the use of confidential information are:
1.Client registration
The client registers by filling out a form with his personal and payment data, logging into the system with a username and password defined by himself. This process involves sending data, which is done securely through the use of an advanced security system. Most existing browsers accept SSL but if in doubt, contact your Internet Service Provider.
When a transaction involving the exchange of confidential information is made, the secure zone of the server is automatically accessed.
The browser indicates this by displaying a secure HTTS address (URL) and a closed padlock icon is displayed in the browser.
From that moment on, any data transmission is completely secure.
2.Order Processing
3.Recoveries & Precautions
- Do not give your username and password to anyone;
- Do not write them down in easily accessible places;
- Always use our SSL security system;
- Always end the browser section after you have accessed your security zone, or after you have entered your username or password into the system.
